I used dies by Spellbinders (around the image), Whimsy (the large snowflake), Magnolia (trees), Quickutz and Sizzix (small snowflakes) and Memory Box (pine branch border). Here's the image close-up colored with Copics. The snowflakes are Star Dust Stickles and I used some Martha Stewart glitter and Sakura glue pen for the snow on the ground. I've learned to not use Star Dust Stickles in large areas since it makes my paper wavy...don't know if any of you have experienced that. The Sakura glue pen is great for large areas and then using loose glitter.
The gals at Christmas at Sweet Stampin' have made some adorable projects with SNOW PEOPLE to get you motivated to pull out your stamps, or print off a digi to color, and join the challenge this month. Our challenges begin on the second Wednesday of every month so there's plenty of time to get your creation made and entered into the challenge! This month we're sponsored by our own Christmas at Sweet Stampin' and the prize is a goody bag including stamps, ribbons and papers! Thanks for stopping by!
